In September 2007, we opened new village "Skujinas" near city Liepaja. New village consist of 45 construction plots, which are situated in forest. Village is only 5km from Grobina and 15km from city Liepaja. It is located next to the public road, which can be reached with public transport or with car.

Every plot has its own road access, electricity, internet/phone access and common water supply system.

We are offering 3 types of houses, which can be build as alone standing house or as twin house. Houses are delivered as a "key finished" house with full interior design. 

If the buyer wants the individual project, then it is possible to buy a construction plot and to build a house. We are offering also to build a individual project house.
